In my Wheeler's restaurants I invest in ensuring consistency. From the interior elements like glassware, crockery and cutlery; through to the drinks menu – customers know they are getting a standard of experience every time, no matter which restaurant they visit.
Ensuring consistency is the key to building a strong restaurant brand. Consistency MUST extend through to the menu, methods, and ingredients used. I ensure all my restaurants use one preferred commercial butcher and source fresh produce and fish locally. It’s essential to invest in local economies for quality and reliability.
